Q1. My shopping cart is empty, even though I put items into it.

Microsoft OLE DB Provider for ODBC Drivers error '80004005'

[Microsoft][ODBC Microsoft Access Driver] Field 'Cart.CartID' cannot be a zero-length string.

A1. Our shopping cart automatically resets every 25 minutes or so. This is an issue because we use Session variables and ASP in our shopping cart. It should not affect you unless, you have been idle for a real long time.

The only way to deal with this, is to restart your browser, and come back to our site again. Add the items back into the cart. If you are ordering a lot of autographs, please try to seperate into multiple orders. Your order will be treated as one larger order so you do not have to worry about paying shipping multiple times.

Q2. I clicked on a link, and nothing happened, or it was very slow.

A2. We sometimes have a lot of traffic coming to the site, so please be patient. If a problem persists, we ask that you Contact us immediately. Please email us exactly what the problem is, and what page you were on.

Q3. Why can't I order 2 of the same autograph if there are more than 1 available?

A3. It is our policy that you can only order a quantity of 1 for anything. The system will allow you to order that second autograph, if you place multiple orders.
